MALAYSIA VISA

A Service fees of SGD20.00 per passport on top of *visa processing fee.imposed for processing visa applications to Malaysia through the High Commission of Malaysia in Singapore.

Submissions Procedure

Submissions of passports is from 0900am – 1600 hrs, Mondays to Fridays at B & L Travel, 3 Shenton Way, #02-02, Shenton House. Passports submitted to B & L Travel will be delivered to Malaysia High Commission the next working day. The Malaysia High Commission require 4 working days from the date of submission to process the visa application.

For Saturday , passports submission is by 1p.m.; B & L Travel will forward the passports to the Malaysia High Commission on next Monday working week.

Below are the procedures and requirements for applying a Malaysia Visa:

VISA TYPE
Single-Entry Visa( Foreigner Visiting Singapore )  Visa application form-IM.47 must be completed . This Form can be download from MHC website: www.imi.gov.my 

01 recent passport size photograph –colour with a white background- (3.5 x 5cm) 

Original Passport with more than 6 months validity. 

Payment of the appropriate visa fee
Multiple-entry Visa (Foreigner Residing in Singapore)

Visa application form-1M.47 must be completed. This form can be download from MHC website: www.imi.gov.my

Photocopy of PR I/C, employment Pass, Student pass, Long Term Social Pass etc

01 recent passport size photography - colour with a white background - (3.5 x 5 cm)

Original Passport with more than 6 months validity

Payment of applicable visa fee

Note : The service fee of S$20-00 will not be refunded for any application for visa rejected by the Malaysia High Commission.

Re-submission of rejected passports:  The normal submission procedure will apply; and a service fee of $20.00 charged.
