General Info

Immigration is closed on Thursday and Friday, working days are Saturday to Wednesday.

Immigration has the right to accept or reject visa requests without giving any reason.  Visa applications can also be delayed without notice due to a backlog or technical reasons.

In the event of the booking being cancelled and the Visa no longer being necessary no refund will be made by the hotel.

To request a Visa, accommodation must be booked with GTA.

Any passenger who obtains a Visa through Gta and overstays the Visa validity period, they will be blacklisted by Immigration and face a fine of UAE 100 per day for every day they over stay.  Gullivers Visa application license will be suspended until such proof is given to Immigration that the passenger has exited the country.  An administration fee will be charged to Gta of UAE 100 and if the passenger cannot be located Gta face a non refundable fine of UAE 5,000.

Passports must still be valid for at least 6 months after the passenger/s departure from Dubai.

Passenger/s must ensure they do not have an Israeli stamp on their passport.

Once a visa is granted, it is still possible to change the dates at no extra costs, as long as the new dates are within the original validity dates.  If outside the original validity dates, a new visa needs to be requested and will be charged for again.

Children require their own visa regardless of whether they have their own passport or are endorsed on a parents.

The airport assistant will ask for the passenger/s passports on arrival and these will be kept by the supplier and returned to agents on a prearranged day (either day prior to or departure day), this will be agreed by the assistant with the passenger/s upon meeting.   Pax will be given a photocopy of their passport which will enable them to check in to their hotel without difficulty.

The pax must hold a photocopy of the visa we provide in order to collect the original at the Hotel Visa Desk in front of Immigration at Dubai Airport. This is where the passenger/s will be met by an assistant.  Without this visa copy the airline can refuse check-in for the flight as it is proof that the visa has been booked.

Please note that visa requirements are subject to change. Please contact the embassy in your home country for the most recent information
