Prices are valid for Advance Bookings from NOW till 12th MAR 09, and are subject to change by our Office without prior notice. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars on Per Person Basis, or as stated in this document. Prices do not include all Relevant Airport Taxes and Charges (S$95 - subject to chnage).

        a) Passengers purchasing ( Air + 3-Day Rugby Event Admission Ticket ) can Depart Singapore from 23-27MAR 09.

        b) Passengers travelling on ( Full Package ) with accommodation need to Depart Singapore based on their Fixed Hotel Stay Period.

Please make your bookings early as Flight Seat Space and 3-Day Rugby Event Admission Tickets,

Accommodations (where applicable) .. etc, are all subject to availability at the Time of Booking.

Tickets must be issued 14 days after package confirmation or by 12MAR 09 ( whichever is earlier ), and immediate payment is required for Late Bookings. Last Day for Booking request is on 12MAR 09, but is subject to availability of Flight, Rugby Event Admission Ticket and Accommodation.

PRICES QUOTED ARE VALID FOR TRAVEL ON ALL CX FLIGHTS TO HONG KONG

You must have an International Passport valid for at least 6 months from the ‘ Actual Date ‘ of Arrival in Hong Kong. Cathay Pacific and it’s Agents cannot be held liable for any expenses, reimbursements or refund of the package if you are refused entry into Hong Kong for whatever reasons. If Visas are required for your travel into Hong Kong, please ensure that it is obtained in advance before departure.

Effective 01April 04, the Maximum SAFETY Weight of each ‘ Check-in ‘ Baggage will be Limited to 32Kgs on All Cathay Pacific Flights. Exceeding the Limit for a Single Piece of Baggage, will require passengers to Re-Pack OR Split the Contents into 2 Separate Bags to ensure baggage is within Safety Weight Limit.

‘ Fly CX and see Hong Kong Rugby Sevens ‘ is a package offered to passengers travelling with Cathay Pacific on a Return Flight ‘ Singapore / Hong Kong / Singapore ‘ under this promotion.

Passengers arriving Hong Kong from other Cities are not entitled to use this Package from Singapore.

All prices quoted are on Per Person Basis and Each CX Passenger travelling to Hong Kong is Entitled to Purchase One Rugby Event Ticket Only, and the ‘ Full Package ‘ option covers standard room accommodation unless otherwise specified. Please note that passengers travelling alone cannot purchase twin sharing accommodation.

Check-in time for hotel is 14:00 (2 p.m.) and check-out time is 12:00 (noon). Request for early check-in and late check-out should be made upon arrival at the hotel and granting of such request will be at the sole discretion of the hotel.

In compliance to legal requirement in Hong Kong, passengers under 18 years old must Check-in and Stay in the SAME ROOM with their Parents Or Guardian, otherwise the Hotel stay will be Forfeited.

The ‘ Full Package ‘ Room Nights must be used Consecutively and in a Fixed Date Pattern ( breaks are not allowed and extension night option is NOT Available ).

Infant ( below 2 years at departure ) Fares are NOT Eligible for this promotion.

Use of the hotel room, and rugby event admission ticket are subject to further terms and conditions of the respective service provider. Passengers who choose NOT to Use or Forfeits the Hotel Stay / Rugby Event Admission Ticket .. etc, are NOT Entitled to any Payment Or Compensation from Cathay Pacific.

Besides these Offers cannot be Transferred, Redeemed, Exchanged for Cash, Credit or any item with Cathay Pacific or any other parties including any third party.

This package cannot be purchased in conjunction with any of our other promotions to Hong Kong, like ‘ Hong Kong SuperCity ‘ .. etc.

Only V, L and D Class bookings are Eligible for Asia Miles Accrual on CX flights, ( enrol online @ : www.asiamiles.com ).

Package Documents MUST be ISSUED 14 Days After Package Confirmation OR by 12MAR 09 Whichever is Earlier.

Immediate payment is required for Late Bookings, and Last Day for Booking request is on 12MAR 09, but is subject to availability of Flight, Rugby Event Admission Ticket and Accommodation.

Above 30 Days Before Departure : S$350 ( Per Person ).

30 - 14 Days Before Departure : 50% of Package Price ( Per Person ).

13 - 2 Days Before Departure : 75% of Package Price ( Per Person ).

1 Day Before Departure Or Noshow : 100% of Package Price ( Per Person ).

Economy Class ( S & V )

( Prior Departure from Singapore, we will allow flight change within air ticket validity as long as there are NO CHANGES MADE on the LAND CONTENT, at an Amendment Fee of S$75 per person / per change. Any other request for Package Changes will involve Cancellation Charges Above. )

• Once Travel has Commenced, ALL Changes are NOT Permitted.

Economy Class ( L ) and Business Class ( D )

Passengers booked on Economy ( L Class ) and Business ( D Class ) packages are allowed to make changes on their flight at an Amendment Fee of S$75 per person / per change, within air ticket validity as long as there are NO CHANGES MADE on the LAND CONTENT.

( Any other request for Package Changes will involve Cancellation Charges Above. )

• Once Travel has Commenced, Flight Changes are allowed at an Amendment Fee of S$75 per person / per change, .. BUT ALL other Changes are NOT Permitted.

Passengers who don’t Turn Up at the airport for the Booked Singapore/Hong Kong Flight will require to pay a No Show Fee of S$150 per person, in order to travel on the next available CX Flight to Hong Kong ( on the same Day / Date as the No Show flight booked ).

But if re-booking is for future dates, then the Package Cancellation and Amendment Fees will apply.

There will be No Refund for any Unused air ticket, accommodation, Rugby admission tickets and any other Package Components .. etc, either in part or full.

Any refund appeal for packages cancelled prior departure, please refer to our cancellation charges above.

It is also expressly declared that Cathay Pacific Holidays and/ or the Travel Agent and/ or the Tour Operator act as agents for the owners or contractors providing the means of transportation or other services used during the course of the tour.

All tickets issued for such means of transportation or other services are subject to the terms and conditions under which such services are offered or provided. The tour participants shall be deemed to have consented to such terms and conditions, upon acceptance of the tickets.

Cathay Pacific Holidays, the Travel Agent and the Tour Operator shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, changes in schedule, hotel overbooking or other inconveniences to the tour participant or to the property or personal effects of such tour participant, which has been caused by such means of transportation or other services unless caused by the negligence of Cathay Pacific Holidays and/or the Travel Agent and/or the Tour Operator.

Cathay Pacific Holidays have the sole and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten the duration of any tour in the event of act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, compliance with any law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, flood or storm, strikes, hostilities, accident or other circumstances beyond the control of Cathay Pacific Holidays which render it necessary in its reasonable opinion that such steps be taken.

Cathay Pacific Holidays shall be relieved of all liabilities and obligations resulting from the force majeure events mentioned above and shall not be obliged to refund any amount paid by the tour participants or any unused portions of the tour to the tour participants in such circumstances.
