TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.  The fares are valid for travel out of Singapore by 31 December 2010.

2.  Upon confirmation of flight and hotel rooms, tickets must be issued within 14 days.

3.  Asia Miles eligible on M/L/V classes on CX sectors only

4.  Prices are based on twin-sharing in Category A of Hotels. Hotel stay can only be utilised on your return leg. 

5.  Free hotel rooms in Category A are subject to availability and subject to first-come-first-served basis. Hotel surcharge is based on per person per package;

6.  Package pricing and taxes, which include airport taxes and other charges / fuel surcharges, are correct at time of printing and are subject to change due to fluctuations that may occur during the courese of the promotion.

REMARKS:
1. The cut-off time for the special rate is up to night of 31st December 2010.  Further day from 01st Jan, 2011 & onwards, bookings with last staying nite of 28th February, 2011 will be charged at the above rate.  This is applied only when the booking is confirmed on or before 31 Dec, 2010 which is assumed to be the same last ticket-issue date.
2. This package includes one suitcase (12"x18"x30") per passenger and once free round trip transport (Airport<-->Hotel).   For luggage exceeding this limit, the additional one will be charged S$4.
3. Early and Late Flight Pick-up Arrangement :   Sit-in coach service in NOT available for arrival flights after 23:30pm and departure flights before 08:45am, passengers taking these flights shall make their own arrangement of airport or hotel transportation.  Special pick-up service will only be provided for group size exceeding 10 passengers, with a charge of S$ 15 per person.
 Remarks:  Passengers who cannot catch the last sit-in coach (leaving airport at 00:30am sharp) shall also take the responsibility for making their own transfer arrangement.
 
 Tour fare does not include any Guide & Driver tipping.
 Recommend Tipping for Hong Kong Guide & Driver : HK$50.00 per passenger.

Stopovers and Surcharges

1.       For the entire routing, only one Hong Kong stopover is allowed on the return leg of the journey, unless there is no same-day connection for the China sectors (e.g. Ningbo, Chengdu).

2.       Bangkok stopover is allowed with a surcharge of S$150.

3.       Open jaw is permitted with a surcharge of S$150, based on the highest applicable fare between the 2 destinations, but only within the same region (refer to table below). Even for open jaw routings between common-rated destinations, this surcharge of S$150 still applies.

2.       For the CX/BA # fares, routings are via London

3.       For CX/AA ** West and Central Zones fares, routings are via either Los Angeles or San francisco.

4.       For CX/AA ** East Zone fares, routings are via either Los Angeles or San Francisco or New York City.

5.       For long-haul sectors to either London or Los Angeles / San Francisco / New York City, they must be closed to CX.

6.       No backtracking is allowed.

 

Hotel Surcharges

1.      Free hotel rooms in “Category A” are subject to availability and based on first come basis.

3.      For Single Supplement (CAT A): add S$148

4.      For additional night charge (CAT A): S$148 per room per night

Refund and Amendment Charge

1.       Fully unutilized tickets are refundable, subject to a refund admin fee of S$200

2.      7 days before departure: Strictly NO refund.

3.       Partially used tickets are non-refundable.

4.       Amendment charge: S$75 per transaction after ticket issuance.

5.       No-show fee: Once passenger no-shows on a booked flight or hotel stay, there will be no refund.

 
Other Conditions

1.       Passengers must stay 2 nights in Hong Kong on the return leg of the journey.

2.        This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other CX promotional offers.

3.             Hotel Peak surcharge

3.1.       Free hotel rooms in “Category A” are subject to availability and based on first come basis during off-peak period. Passengers who wish to travel during peak periods are subject to hotel surcharges.  

4.             STOPOVER SURCHARGE

4.1          For the entire routing, one Hong Kong stopover is allowed on the return leg of the journey.

4.2          One Bangkok stopover is allowed for the entire journey with a surcharge of SGD150.

4.3          Open-jaw routing permitted within the same region with a surcharge of SGD150.  

5.             Cancellations/No-show/Refund

5.1.       Fully unutilized tickets are refundable, but subject to a refund administrative fee of S$200.

5.2.       Partially used tickets are non-refundable.

5.3.       NO refund will be given if cancellations are made within 7 days of departure.

5.4.       No-show fee: Once passenger no-shows on a booked flight or hotel stay, there will be no refund.  

6.             Amendment

6.1.       For flight/date change, an amendment fee of S$75 per transaction per person will be levied.

6.2.       For any amendment made to hotel bookings within 5 working days before arrival date at the hotel, the Customer is subject to a charge equivalent to the first night’s hotel accommodation price.  

7.             Others

7.1.       Upon flight/hotel confirmation, all tickets must be issued within 14 days where applicable.

7.2.       Mileage accrual is eligible only on certain applicable booking class.

7.3.       For the entire routing, one Hong Kong stopover is allowed only on the return leg of the journey.

7.4.       Airport check-in time: Passengers should arrive 2 hours prior to their scheduled departure time. As a rule, all Cathay Pacific Airways check-in counters close punctually 40 minutes before take-off.
