BOOKINGS

Prices are valid from 01st November 11 to 31st March 12, and are subject to change by our office without prior notice. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars, on Per Person Basis, on a Twin Sharing or Single Occupancy Basis or on Extra Bed where applicable.

Prices do NOT include all Relevant Airport Taxes and Charges, Personal and Baggage Insurance, Laundry, Room Service, Telephone Calls, Tips and any item of personal nature.

Please make your bookings early as Flight Seat Space and Accommodations are all subject to availability at the Time of Booking, and Full Payment is required 10 days prior flight departure for bookings made directly with CX reservations and travel agents.

Late bookings, up to 5 Working Days and above ( Both Singapore & Hong Kong ) prior flight departure will be accepted but are subject to availability of Flight and Accommodation.

HALF DAY HONG KONG CITY TOUR

All our SuperCity passengers ( both adult and child ) Travelling from Singapore are entitled to a Complimentary ‘ Half Day Hong Kong City Tour ‘.

*  Space is subject to availability on a First Come, First Served basis.

*  The coach will be operated by ‘ VIGOR ‘ and Passengers will be required to produce CX Boarding Pass to the driver / guide to validate you are on CX Package.

*  Tour will operate daily in the morning, but will be cancelled when bad weather and other unfavourable conditions will not permit its normal operations.

*  Passengers are required to be present at the pickup point about 15 minutes prior to the coach departure time.

TRAVEL DOCUMENT

You must have an International Passport valid for at least 6 months from the ‘ Actual Date ‘ of Arrival in Hong Kong. Cathay Pacific and it’s Agents cannot be held liable for any expenses, reimbursements or refund of the package if you are refused entry into Hong Kong for whatever reasons. If Visas are required for your travel into Hong Kong or for your own side trip into China, please ensure that it is obtained in advance before departure.

CHECK-IN BAGGAGE ( SAFETY WEIGHT LIMIT GUIDE )

** This is a precautionary measure to avoid injury in handling Very Heavy Baggages **

[ Effective 01April 04, the Maximum SAFETY Weight of each ‘ Check-in ‘ Baggage will be Limited to 32Kgs on All Cathay Pacific Flights. Exceeding the Limit for a Single Piece of Baggage, will require passengers to Re-Pack OR Split the Contents into 2 Separate Bags to ensure baggage is within Safety Weight Limit.

TOUR CONDITIONS

*  Hong Kong SuperCity is a package offered to passengers travelling with Cathay Pacific on a Return Flight ‘ Singapore / Hong Kong / Singapore ‘ under this promoton. 

*  Passengers arriving Hong Kong from other Cities are not entitled to use this Package from Singapore.

*  [ Passengers can travel on all CX Flights to Hong Kong EXCEPT CX636 due to Late Arrival in Hong Kong – thus unable to provide Airport/Hotel Transfer. ]

*  All prices quoted are on per person basis and covers standard room accommodation unless otherwise specified. Please note that passengers travelling alone cannot purchase twin sharing accommodation.

*  Child occupying single room will be charged the adult single rate, but travel must be accompanied by an adult and subject to Hotel’s Acceptance. Children sharing twin room with two adults will not be provided with an extra bed, unless otherwise specified.

*  Unaccompanied Minor travelling alone is not eligible for this offer.

*  Cathay Pacific reserves the right to limit the duration of stay to a maximum of 10 nights.

*  The Basic Package 2 Room Nights must be used Consecutively.

*  [ Last Night of stay at the hotel is on 30th March 12, where available, as such passengers need to depart Singapore on 29th March 12 for a 3 Days / 2 Nights Basic Package ].

*  Prices quoted, and other package components like accommodation, transfer .. etc are compiled and correct at the time of printing. Cathay Pacific reserves the right to amend the pricing, itinerary or package contents .. etc without prior notice.

PAYMENT

Payment for bookings made with Cathay Pacific reservations office MUST be made 14 Days after Package Confirmation or 10 Days prior to Departure, whichever is earlier. Immediate payment is required for bookings less than 10 days before departure, upon package confirmation.

Basic Package Documents Provided to Passengers

*  Electronic Air Ticket ( to be used at Airport upon Check-in ).

*  10Kgs excess baggage allowance for Hong Kong/Singapore sector ( Adult and Child ), will be stated in passengers CX booking record.

*  Electronic Confirmation Itinerary/Documents ( to be used together with CX Arrival Boarding Pass and Personal ID [ e.g. Passport ] to redeem your return transfers with Vigor at Hong Kong Airport and at Hotel upon Check-in ). [ Except for packages where ‘ TRANSFERS ARE NOT PROVIDED ‘ ]

*  Fax Booking Form for placing reservations for ‘ Half Day Hong Kong City Tour ‘ with Vigor.

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEE

*  Above 10 Days Before Departure : S$100 Per Person.

*  10 – 7 Days Before Departure : S$150 Per Person.

*  6 – 2 Days Before Departure : S$150 Plus ( ‘ First Night Charge ‘ based on the ‘ Extra Night Rate ‘ of the Respective Hotel which was booked. ) Per Person.

*  1 Day Before Departure Or Noshow : 100% of Package Price Per Person.

*  Any other amendments, including Flight No. only or Flight and Date change which does NOT affect the Hotel Stay Period OR Hotel Choice, is subject to S$100 per person / per change.

*  Package Changes are NOT permitted once Travel has Commenced.

FLIGHT NO SHOW FEE

Passengers who don’t Turn Up at the airport for the Booked Singapore/Hong Kong Flight will be required to pay a No Show Fee of S$150 per person, in order to travel on the next available CX Flight to Hong Kong ( on the same Day / Date as the No Show flight booked ). But if re-booking is for future dates, then the Package Cancellation / Amendment Fee will apply.

REFUND

*  There will be No Refund for any Unused air ticket, accommodation, transfers, complimentary Offers like ‘ Half Day Hong Kong City Tour ‘.. etc, and Added Benefits accorded by respective hotels, either in part or full. Any refund appeal for packages cancelled prior departure, please refer to our cancellation charges above.

LIABILITIES EXEMPTION AND DISCLAIMER

It is also expressly declared that Cathay Pacific Holidays and/ or the Travel Agent and/ or the Tour Operator act as agents for the owners or contractors providing the means of transportation or other services used during the course of the tour.

All tickets issued for such means of transportation or other services are subject to the terms and conditions under which such services are offered or provided. The tour participants shall be deemed to have consented to such terms and conditions, upon acceptance of the tickets.

Cathay Pacific Holidays, the Travel Agent and the Tour Operator shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, changes in schedule, hotel overbooking or other inconveniences to the tour participant or to the property or personal effects of such tour participant, which has been caused by such means of transportation or other services unless caused by the negligence of Cathay Pacific Holidays and/or the Travel Agent and/or the Tour Operator.

FORCE MAJEURE

Cathay Pacific Holidays have the sole and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten the duration of any tour in the event of act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, compliance with any law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, flood or storm, strikes, hostilities, accident or other circumstances beyond the control of Cathay Pacific Holidays which render it necessary in its reasonable opinion that such steps be taken.

Cathay Pacific Holidays shall be relieved of all liabilities and obligations resulting from the force majeure events mentioned above and shall not be obliged to refund any amount paid by the tour participants or any unused portions of the tour to the tour participants in such circumstances.
